Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch Timeline: We aim to dispatch your order (pending stock levels) within 1-3 business days of placing your order. However, during peak times, dispatch dates may rise to 7 business days.
If we take longer than 7 business days to dispatch your order without notifying you, you can cancel the order for a full refund.
Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver goods within 30 days to the address you provided. If delivery is delayed, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any unreceived products.
We have 2 shipping options inside Australia:
A) Standard Delivery (3-7 business days Australia Wide)
B) Express Delivery (1-3 business days Australia Wide)
Whilst we strive to get all orders to customers on time, once we hand over the items to our shipping carrier, future delays will be out of our control, and delivery issues will need to be resolved with the delivery carrier.
Delivery Issues: If the goods delivered are incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the order.
International Delivery: Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to additional fees (e.g., import duties, sales tax) payable by the customer. Please contact us for a delivery quote for international orders.
