Any reference in these Terms to "we" or "us" refers to Impulse Purchase Specialists Pty Ltd trading as Signature Sips & Gifts.

These Terms apply to the use of this Website and any contract between us for selling Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully before using this Website or placing an order. By accessing this Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use this Website. 2. Ordering from Us

2.1 Placing an Order: Orders are placed via our online checkout process. You will have the opportunity to review and correct your order before completing your purchase. We will send you an order acknowledgment detailing the products you ordered.

2.2 Order Acceptance: We accept your order when we dispatch the products. The contract between us is formed upon dispatch unless we notify you otherwise (e.g., due to product unavailability or payment issues).

2.3 Reasons for Non-Acceptance: We may not accept your order if:

  • Products are unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • There is a pricing or product description error.
  • Delivery to your area is not possible.

2.4 Payment Issues: If we do not accept your order but have already processed your payment, we will refund your payment within 30 days. We will not be responsible for any additional compensation.

2.5 Product Details: All dimensions, weights, and volumes provided are approximate and should not be considered as conforming to legal standards.

3. Pricing

3.1 GST and International Orders: All prices include GST for Australian sales. International orders may be subject to local import duties, brokerage fees, sales tax, or VAT, which must be paid by the customer.

3.2 Product Pricing: The price of the products will be as shown on the Website at the time of your order. We take care to ensure that all prices are accurate; however, if there is an error, we will have it corrected promptly.

3.3 Additional Charges: Our pricing structure clearly states any additional charges (e.g., packing, carriage, insurance).

3.4 Pricing Errors: If there is an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of the error. You will have the option to either continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. We will not process the order until we receive your instructions.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

4.1 Dispatch Timeline: We aim to dispatch your order (pending stock levels) within 1-3 business days of placing your order. However, during peak times, dispatch dates may rise to 7 business days.
If we take longer than 7 business days to dispatch your order without notifying you, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

4.2 Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver goods within 30 days to the address you provided. If delivery is delayed, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any unreceived products.
We have 2 shipping options inside Australia:
A) Standard Delivery (3-7 business days Australia Wide)
B) Express Delivery (1-3 business days Australia Wide)

Whilst we strive to get all orders to customers on time, once we hand over the items to our shipping carrier, future delays will be out of our control, and delivery issues will need to be resolved with the delivery carrier.  

4.3 Delivery Issues: If the goods delivered are incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the order.

4.4 International Delivery: Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to additional fees (e.g., import duties, sales tax) payable by the customer. Please contact us for a delivery quote for international orders.

4.5 Office Closure: Our business will be closed on Weekends, Public Holidays and during the Christmas Break. Specific closure dates for the Christmas Break will be announced on our website. Any orders placed during these closures will be held until we resume trading, with processing beginning on our first business day after reopening. Orders will be processed in the order they were placed. Due to the potential high volume of orders, additional processing time may be required. However, we will strive to process all orders within 7 business days, and no later than 30 days from the order date.

5. Liability

5.1 Issue Notification: If there is an issue with your order, please notify us in writing within 7 working days (14 days for gift-wrapped items). We will then offer to correct the issue, replace the product, or refund your payment.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question.

5.3 Compliance with Laws: When importing or purchasing goods from our website, you must comply with all applicable regulations and laws. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the export or import of goods.

6. Cancellations and Returns (For Consumers Only)

6.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order by emailing us before we dispatch the goods.

6.2 Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for faulty, incorrect, or damaged products.

Trade/Wholesale Accounts

  2. Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled by mutual agreement.
  3. Warranty: No warranty is provided for the suitability of goods for any specific purpose.
  4. Advertisements: Descriptive materials issued by the seller are not part of the sales contract.
  5. Order Execution: Order execution depends on material availability and circumstances beyond the seller's control.
  6. Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates, and the seller is not liable for delays.

  8. Returns: Returns are only accepted with prior agreement. No change-of-mind returns for drinkware due to hygiene reasons.
